Limit on cog/icog from the red shop
Hey guys, just a quick question. So I've been hearing that you are only limit to 5 cog and 3 icog. I was just wondering if this is limit applies to per character or per account? Because having untradable red tickets really bums me out.

What is Icog? and cog?
That why you make character, scroll, put item in bank, delete character, make new, xfer some red tickets, repeat.
