So what inspired you guys to make a NightLord?
Personally, i think that NightLord is a unique class. I remembered watching a hermit video made by ThangDinh275 in 06, and i thought it was the coolest job ever (being able to throw stars, shadow partner, and flash jump). I currently main a NL and i think it is an awesome class, despite its low range.

I saw my friend as a sin looking for steelies at red drakes back in 06. I thought jumping backwards, avoiding fireballs, and throwing stars was the coolest thing ever. I proceeded to youtube and came across Thangdinh's video. Been throwin' stars ever since
Naruto and also loopeed and 7heft.. there is another one but i dont remember the name the only thing that i remember was the song go dj go dj gogogogogo
@sammmkim: Wow, BlueDesire was the first Broan Hermit to inspire me back in the old days. I'm surprised there are still some people that remember him. I heard he got permanently banned for hacking, and that's why he removed his videos off YouTube.
i was amazed by the speed they had way back and there weapons of choice was always unique but more importantly i loved being able to walk into high level areas in shadow mode and exploring with out being attacked.
I made my first Night Lord sometime in 2008-2009, and I thoroughly enjoyed training it, and I did end up getting it to level 140 or so. I did, however, decide to remake my Night Lord with the same character name, because I chose to change my character's gender back to male, as female characters became less appealing to me, and I chose the gender that fits my own description.
Through my experience, Night Lords were, and still are, quite versatile, great for one on one combat, such as bosses. I also found this class to be appealing, because it was one of the first classes to implement Throwing Stars, something that other classes were unable to use, which made it that much more unique, in a way. Added on that they had amazing mobility, at the start, really fit my lifestyle, as I'm always fast-paced and on-the-go.
I always thought they look stupid but I made a UA NL and shockingly, I hated it. Then the revamp came around and I loved it.
i would say prob the skill avenger got me into nightlords....and then they removed it
can't believe no one has said this yet...

CPQ room 5/6 Trade wins max rombot and speed
Played with real life friends back then and out of my circle of friends no one chose a sin. I ended up playing beyond even when they quit and loved every moment of it. I remember having one set of fury and recharging every second just to showoff to people. Then I met Anego and I danced with her until BB nerfed her
back in 2007 a funded theif did the most damage.
I've had my NL since the early days of GMS. Well it was still a rogue back then. I chose it because I liked thief clothes, and I prefer ranged over melee.
Most inspirational vid I've seen is this NL training at Oblivion maps, utilising venom, avenger, ninja storm and taunt, unlike a lot of other people I see just spamming TT everywhere. Wish I could find that youtube vid again.
Recently I've moved on due to hating the changes made to the NL. Really miss avenger, drain and the original alchemist. Not really fond of QT either. Feels disjointed to me.
Took me so much effort to get TT, 17 Zak runs. Was lvl 130 by the time I got it, and now it's gone. Getting TT30 was a huge accomplishment too.
Hoping Red changes things for the better, and a full AP reset too. My NL still has got 93 DEX or so.
My first class ever made was a NL in '06, It's still my main.Though there are many classes that out damage it, its still the funnest class I've ever played. And one of the most original imo.
#NL4LYFE
It's still a unique class (who else throw stars?). Every single new class stole NL's skills (shadow partner, flash jump) but I'm proud that I'm maining the original one. Not leaving behind that there aren't many NL's roaming around.
Throwing stars and dealing the damagezzz (well back in pre 2010 atleast.)
I saw LoOpedd throwing crystal ilbis.
i made it because of the amazing sin-dit class nickname but lost that char.
