It's the level 99 version.
130 atk, no slots left, no hammers, 2 enhancements. 10 str, 11 dex.
3% STR, some avoidability and 6 LUK in pot, rare pot.
Please help so I can set up my shop for the night >_<

You would think that, but I saw a 140 atk claymore sold for 300m.
Wait ntil event is over, like months, and it will be worth more.
Nothing over 40mil. The claymore is an easy drop and scrolling with all these anniversary scrolls isn't too difficult, I don't think anyone would pay over 40mil.
I don't think that is a reasonable price.
Try to sell for 100 mil.
