Kinda weird scrolls should I buy?
So I was looking at fm and I saw those scrolls: Vision scroll for 2h weapon att 40%, and they add 5 att for a 2h weapon... should I buy them? Will I be able to merch with them? They cost about 30m

I wouldn't try to merch them. That 40% success rate makes them less appealing. It's from twilight perion so there will slowly be more and more around. And we're slowly approaching RED update which has much better scrolls in the coin shop (50%, +8 attack), so you'd end up with scrolls that you can't get rid of.

I'm not sure which monster drop the said scroll but the Ancient Golems drop Vision scroll for 2h weapon att 50% which adds 3 attack to 2h weapons.
Since it's a Vision Scroll, I am pretty sure it should be an item from Twilight Perion but this is the first time I've heard or seen a 40% vision scroll so I can't be too sure.

No. They drop from twilight perion.
Only people with NX or clean stales would be interested. If you want to make that gamble, go ahead.
But I suggest you stick to 'supply and demand' and think about it. Do people really want these scrolls, or am I just wasting my time.
