Strigeman utility pants upgrade/potential
I am currently in the making of stirgeman utility pants lvl 70 at lvl 20 or so atm. So now i ave a question, when i potential it am i suppose to potential it at lvl 70 or can i do it earlier on? because the pant upgrade every 10 lvls doesn't that mean that if i altered it such as scrolling or in this case potential it would dissapear and become clean next lvl pants (or blow )?

Yeah, like guards said, the upgrade is random, you can upgrade it to power pants on the first try, or maybe the level 60 pants first try, and then on the second try it can go back down to level 20. You hand in the pants and get a random pair of pants as your reward. Sometimes he gives you better pants, sometimes worse pants, sometimes the same pants, and sometimes nothing.
To answer your question, potential stats are wiped out when you upgrade.
You only want to potential the level 70 or 90 pairs, anything below that can't get decent hb
my first pair exploded on the first upgraded
my second pair went to level 70 right on the first upgrade and became 3 lines when I potentialed it, so I guess I got lucky
