The only better rings I can think of are the ones whose recipes drop from Ark. However, Nexon is releasing additional pottable, craftable rings in a patch or two. The only catch is that these are untradeable.

They were pretty cheap during the event because of how many of them were around. They're the only potable tier 3 rings at the moment though. I've seen them for 40-60m each lately although many of them were not sold so they may be cheaper than that still.
their expensive cuz they have a 3rd tier pot basically only real reason set bonus idk
because of they are tier 3 rings and you cant buy them with coins anymore
