her range got buffed, the movespeed while chasing/escaping is a godsend, she won't be as good a split pusher now with the richochet rework but the damage got buffed and it won't matter a great deal and reduced her mana costs AND a base stat tweak

but then people started abusing her and now she got slightly nerfed again

they changed sivir's ricochet to a +ad when use kinda thing (which was a buff) and then they nerfed her

@Keey: How so? The loss of passive ricochet seems like a nerf to me unless I am just really high imagining things
