I would say none
I'd say to auction them... if you get a winning bid, THEN SoK it.
Phantom Blow, or Final Cut.
Right now don't SoK any skillbook unless you have a buyer, I never see them in FM anymore and for a good reason, people can't even mange to sell them for 70m ea, especially since they can get it themselves for free.
EDIT: And no, you can't get any profit off these skillbooks.
