Unable to log-in. Can anyone help?

So it happened when everyone got banned, but I didn't get banned. But I can log in to the website and start the game, but when the world selection comes up there are no worlds to choose from... And then from game launcher it just doesn't let me log into any account. I've had my friends log on my account for their computer so its not my account got banned. Already re-downloaded and updated everything. Anyone else have this issue or ideas how to solve it? thanks.
