Nw vs Nl throwing distance for gollux

So we all know that Night Lords have it extremely easy at hard Gollux due to their ability to snipe the face from the entrance while still being able to clear out mobs. My question is, with NW having a noticeably shorter throwing distance are they still able to snipe the jaw? If they can then would their bats be able to prevent the mobs from reaching the center as well...?

The answer to NW sniping like NL is no. I've tried all spots i could think of cm closer each time but only the 5th star hits. Other than that, any closer and his seduce will drag you in

The bats will hit the mobs regardless of which way you're facing, been helluxing ever since NW was released, can confirm.

I couldn't snipe hard gollux like I could on my NL. The physical throwing range is shorter, at least from what I have noticed, and the only thing that DOES infact hit is the last throw from QT, so you are better off using spark instead for sniping purposes after killing > shoulder. Apparently killing abs is the way to go.. Can't say for sure, since I just finished gollux pre's and the did hard mode yesterday, but it was SOOOOO much longer than my NL, and my NL had less than half my range as a NW..

-Edit-
I killed eyes and gem too fast to notice, but if anyone has attempted hellux, do the bats actually hit the mobs when you are facing gem? Any insight on that would be appreciated

Here's what I do. I go to a range that I know I can't be hit by Gollux.
Then, I jump and tap right and see if my stars hit Gollux.
When I'm at that range, I'm set.
