16gb ram is unneccesary, and the bulldozers of AMD are crap. 8gb ram is more than enough. i got a i5 2400 @ 3,3ghz and i cant put it higher but idm it works fine. i also got a NZXT phantom case.
Dual monitor setups can be done with just about any video card and IGP these days. Nvidia is much pickier when it comes to triple monitor support with the cheapest option being dual GTX 560 Tis in SLI. All AMD GPUs support triple monitors, but not all AMD video cards have the required connections to do so.
3D rendering software is not entirely GPU dependent. The GPU offers an Open GL library and assists in floating point calculations. The final render is done entirely on the CPU. Although the specific games you play are to be considered, it seems to be you are on the track for a fairly powerful video card assuming what you are doing is not amateur work. I normally wouldn't leave a recommendation without knowing more about your gaming wants, but either the AMD Radeon HD 6950/6970 is worth considering.
Your request should have its own dedicated thread.
I want games to run at above 150 FPS.
Why?
Anyways, to give you a recommendation, it would be helpful to post the model of your computer, so we can get your PSU information and to know whether or not it will fit in your computer. Also, what games your wish to play?
XFX 6870 (OC) and a Phenom II x6 1090T (OC to 4 - 4.5 ghz depending on how i feel )
Its pretty good for only costing me about 300 for both
However, my laptop has a GeForce 9800gs (512 mb)... sounds like it sucks, but it actually plays starcraft2 on high at 30-50 fps
EDIT: @above, whats your CPU. The general rule of thumb is that your CPU and GPU should be about 50 dollars apart (in price) so that either one doesn't bottleneck.
i had that one too. its an awesome card! but i prefered the gtx570 phantom. sadly i have wierd graphic bugs in bf3 so i dunno if its actually better...

@RussainBoy:
i5-2500k will easily OC to 4Ghz, probably higher without even touching the voltages, current using 4.8 on air.
