most dps charts don't even count in crit rate and cards thrown properly and attempt to use tempest as a way to increase dps when delay inbetween slows you down to much, arrow blaster decreases my dps when 1v1 on hilla, even though i have 100% crit rate which is said to make it better, but it isn't
arrow platter is only 6.2% increase from mille without FC
in comparison to FC, 60% increase, i only tap mine since 2000% without FC buff dishes out in 2 cycles of mille with FC buff
lets just exclude FC on this mille against asura...
we have 150% x2 from mille and carte throws 1 card from it, 220%, then from auto judgment, even though judgment says 10 cards, the increase in deck size increased the cards thrown, 20 cards from judgement every 40 cards thrown from carte so 110% increase, that's a total of 610% every cycle, dmg is increased by 130% totaling to 1403% 120ms delay
you have like 500% x3, 70% dmg increase from mirror image and 140% increase from blade clone, giving 4650% 120ms delay, about 3.3x, although it lasts 10 seconds, on a 10 second kill, it wins hands down.
during bosses where one does not kill the boss in 10 seconds such as hard mode magnus let's count phantom blow for the other 80 seconds, first off buff durations and cd reductions don't affect hypers so 220%x7 = 1540%, increase by 2.1x from blade clone and mirror image we get 4774%, 630ms delay at speed cap, for simplicity if you were to cut it into 120ms parts then it does 909.3%, u'r losing ground as this drags on, after the 60 seconds cut down in calculations it's only 498.7% every 120ms, you've lost your lead after 70 seconds and lose alot more for 20 more seconds
the only reconciliation for db's i have is that if you use terms and conditions (Angelic buster link skill) with asura, then the dps will probably beat it with lvl 3 link skill, 2 long and tedious so i won't do it for each individual link skill lvl, but from what i see, 4650 * 1.45 (for lvl 2) is 6742.5, looks like the dmg over 90 seconds is just about equal, but who makes an ab to lvl 210 just for the link skill?, they are one of the worst chars.

on another note, last phant revamp also changed mille to 120ms so nobody pull that card on me.
