True, I agree with time commitment, but I only brought it up because in your other post it felt that you were implying that anyone can reach endgame in Reboot, which is not really the case. Like you said, it requires a lot of patience, and I've seen plenty of people quit because of the time commitment or the monotony of the meso grind.

I apologize if I misinterpreted your previous post, though (and I probably did misinterpret it, looking back).

It's ok for a game to require time. You can even kind of compare it to FPS or MOBAs, where you have to put a lot of effort in learning the game, how to aim, the name of the different places in the maps, name and abilities of characters, etc. It requires a lot of time to be good or decent in the game, the same applies to Reboot. The difference is that MMORPGs require more patience than skill in general, unless they have PvP tournaments and stuff like that, but yeah... MapleStory doesn't require any skill, you just need a lot of time and that's fine, but when you get money involved too much, the game sucks, that's why I rather like Reboot. Besides, I don't care if ppl buy accounts, it's not like they're gonna kill me anyway, they'll just be another option for me to get carried to bosses lol.

To be fair, if you don't have that much time to play games, you can't reach end game in Reboot, either.
The downsides of a mmo, I guess. Making sacrifices to rngods, one way or another.

Of course they are, but that's "illegal" and will happen forever in any MMOPRG. The thing is you can actually farm here to cube stuff, while in the other worlds, Nexon encourages you to spend money in order to have THE CHANCE of being able to do end-game stuff. I mean, honestly. if you don't have any money (or hack), you can't reach end game in a normal server. Of course they make you buy pets 'cause Nexon but yeah... it's a big difference.

I don't think this is necessary, since if they're common enough they should already be glitched within an hour after maintenance.
