I have never tried red leaf high. Can anyone tell me how is it in terms of exp? my xenon is currently level 188

I have never tried red leaf high. Can anyone tell me how is it in terms of exp? my xenon is currently level 188

Red leaf high isn't really based on exp. So you won't get huge amounts of exp, but a little.
They're more for the items you can get.
I think it'll give you 6-7% a run (including daily quests)
