Where are people getting their clean slate scrolls?
If you look at fm market there are quite a few people selling no boom clean slate scroll 20%. Does anyone know where they are farming these? These are definitely not from hot summer event npc.

If it is the 10% then I know from experience elite boss bonus stage gives. If it is the 20%, i am not really sure since i never got one yet.
