Priest Mastery Book
So, I'm trying to choose a mastery book from the event for my priest. I know the skill level has to be at least 5 before you can use it, so my question is: Do you need to first get the Angel Ray 10 skill book to be able to even use the one from the event? Or are skills that need skill books exceptions and don't need the 5 in it first?
Also, what other skill book should I get if I don't choose Angel Ray?

I don't think it's an exceptio[b][/b]n. And you should get advanced blessing or something
