Cheap Tower Computer Help

Hi I need a computer tower around 200-250 that can run games like Maplestory, League of Legends, and Tf2 smoothly. I am going to be using my ps3 3d display monitor instead of buying a new one and it has to be prebuilt because my dad says that he doesn't want to order parts online thank you so much! my old laptop died so I can finally move onto a newer computer

Correction: The current CX line are made by Channel Well Tech.

Seasonic make their own PSU, while EVGA had used Enhanced Electronics in the past and currently FSP (650w-1000w) and Etasis (1200-1500w) for their NEX line.

Boot->BIOS->change boot order to USB 2/3.0->install OS from flash drive
If it isn't prebuilt would it be possible and would assembling really be that easy?
Assembling it is really easy.
For the CPU, lift up the lever, line up the triangle corners, lower the processor into place and push the lever back down [AMD]
For the cooler, line it up with the brackets then push the lock into place. [AMD]
For the RAM, open the switch, put one side first (I can't remember which) and lock it into place after the switch is past the hole.
For the PSU, line up the holes and just screw it into place.
For the hard drive, slide it into the shelf things and screw it in or use toolless locks.
To mount the motherboard, screw in the I forget what they're called and then line up the holes in your MB with the things you screwed in. Then, screw the motherboard in place.

A new $200-250 computer cannot run those three games smoothly. You either have to buy a used computer or get more money to be able to buy at least a $300 Intel Pentium based desktop to play Maplestory. Ideally, you should spent at least $400 on an Intel i3 based desktop if you want to play all three games with some adequacy. With $450, it's possible to get the cheaper Intel i5 based desktops.
