Paladin Pink Bean Solo
With inspiration from this dood, @alex168 : , I went ahead and tried my own Pink Bean solo as a Paladin and I succeeded on my first run .

Paladins [i]can[/i] solo Pink Bean without 6-hit Blast and [i]with[/i] our damage cut in half from elements.

the way i remember southperry explaining it is that the 90% became 45%, and then your PDR was based from this new defense value of 45. (or was it a flat -50?) important part is the second one though.

@ShMaiz3R : Yeah, it's a typo. I get confused because the direction they face is different from where they're placed on the map.
Single charge gives 40% and resistance takes away 50% but I figure the mastery bonus would more or less even it out and it's frustrating to not be able to ACB the summons.
I gotta test out the new Soul Driver since it's like twice as fast now .

Is this a typo? Because the bird on the left is ice-weak, while the one on the right is fire-weak. And Ariel is strong to all elements including Lighting.

Congrats! And yea I saw a video of a Paladin soloing Pink Bean BEFORE charges got boosted and Blast was a 340% x 3 hit. (Which was a Pre-UA Revamp Paladin). Of course it was possible. That guy did it.
Sweet, I'll take a crack at it once I hit 130k or so to be safe since I don't have as much PDR. I need to be level 180 to not miss, right?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can get 100% PDR. I thought it was 50% PDR then 30% of the remaining 50% is reduced instead of it adding on and being 80%.
Again, I'm not entirely sure how it works. It's just a theory that popped into my head just now.

No. Paladins don't need resist potions. You should never be at risk of seduce at any point of the fight. ACB can reach the right birdy safely.
Only reason you'll ever need resist potion is if you can't reach the right birdy or if you can't kill it fast enough to make good time (Hero's case).

120k range, I think 80% Boss damage, 50% PDR + 30% from Threaten. Blast has a 30% chance to ignore 100% of it; after revamp, it's a flat 30% PDR, giving me over 100%.

Wisemans+Birdies get hit max with anything. Jump + ACB.
Ariel gets hit for around 600k x 4. Jump + Blast.
PB gets hit for 600k x 4.

Also a few questions as I'm considering trying it myself once I finish prequests, did you end up using the resist potion? What's your range/boss damage/pdr? What did you end up doing for charges? And how much damage were you doing with all the reductions?
Wow, I've never imagined soloing pb/empress due to the whole elemental thing...
I think I'm gonna atleast give soloing PB a shot; thanks for giving me hope.
