In leafre theres this map only with dual birks, if u go all the way on top of the map, theres this tree with eyes and a mouth. If you enter, you'll be able to talk to the fourth job advancement people.

A lot of 4th job people are in ILC. Thats where they train. I dont know where they hang out though
