Current version is outdated
OK, I downloaded the available launcher, ran it, and the patcher keeps telling me that it's outdated. Please help. Thanks in advanced!

I tried that, but the same result occurs. Everytime I launch the game even after I've downloaded it from scratch, if tells me the my current version is out of date, and tells me to download the current version, gives me a link that doesn't work, and finally closes the window.
EDITI don't think it's a problem with my antivirus software, I've also never had a problem with my antivirus software, and maplestory in the past.
reinstall ngm.exe [nexon game manager], and add all of nexon into ur exception list for ur antivirus
