It's hard as hell to do before the 150 hyper and 151 multilateral buff. I had around 104 or 108k range clean when I finally downed it at 144. Only boss was 12% from character cards(DA wasn't out yet), I don't think my DS was linked to it at the time.
At 81k range, I guess you could maybe finish with OOParts active whenever possible. Upgrade if you still can't. Use snipe obviously.

Try going in a party.

people need to start learning how DR works, for real.

with bind at 170, you SHOULD* be able to down him if you know what you're doing, if you can't you're going to have to raise your range indeed, snipe is better damage against this boss so you should use that, just make sure to bind him before a second before he DR's to be able to kill him.

Snipe and yeah you need a lot higher range (like 100k more lol)

You need a higher range and you need to use Snipe. Snipe has more defense ignore and it also allows you to see DR more easily.

You just need to do more damage than what he's healing.

Better start upgrading.

There is no healing limit. Just stab it harder.
