I chaosed all of my empress equips. Regrettably, all of them went down to 0 atk except for my hat which only went up to 7atk.

Honestly, it's all about luck, and if you fail and you don't have enough money to buy more equips and try again, then just stick with it. Not much you can do then, GL

empress eqps r dirt cheap, if u fail one just buy another
if you fail that, fuse them together and try again
and basically repeat that cycle, its not worth innocencing empress stuff unless you got really good pot

OT: If you are poor I don't suggest chaosing the items yourself, if you fail you can innocent it back to the original which cost alot
