Im Blocked Boys

So i wanna play some nice MS for its 8th anniversary
I reset my password since i forgot, and see in my inbox that my account had been blocked from playing MS for selling mesos/trading nx
So apparently I should send a ticket but I can't even, retard Nexon site keeps getting looped on the loading support ticket site
Wtf am i supposed to do? Even if I do manage to submit a god damn ticket it will take half a year for a robot repsonding that ill get a hair coupon for my troubles

But anyways, can someone please tell me when the Tempest coin event this year was about to end? Because thats when I stopped playing and I want to see if the blocked email was sent before or after I had stopped playing. I dont even know If i can even login or not because I'm redling MS as I write this
