You're trolling.
1 speed is in NO way 66 more attack.
Normal -> Fast speed upgrade is maybe 25 attack AT MOST.
If you're upgrading from Slow -> Fast, the difference is 30-40ish attack.

200 attack glaive > 150 attack PSB. Though the PSB would probably be equivalent to 175ish attack @ Normal speed at most.

I'd go with the psb over the glaive seeing as the event is over and the glaive requires 80 dex.

I wouldn't take the glaive, unless it has like 30% boss 15% pdr and/or % total damage.

my SCG is 26 unpot,

I have a seocnd 26 attack SCG, 2 lined pot.. bad stats

You could get a 14 attack warrior glove with potential for less than 1b...
It's 12 attack less on your glove, but its very worth it.
PSB event already ended btw.
