Soaring mount skill glitch
hey,
I recently tried to do the soaring mount quest, i gave 50 mills to Chief Tatamo, he gave me the dragon scales. but what now? i heard it was glitched but i JUST saw a lumi having the glitch, that means she did it in the latest patch, and she told me so. whats up with that?

wow wait, talked to the wrong person the whole time, i talked to the guy in the station map, but i went to the dragon rider pq area, and THATS the guy i needed to talk to.

hmmm let see, what he said? cause atm i don't rememeber how did i got soaring but all my character got one without any problem... did you try check? boat guy at top where it leads to temple of time? or anything?
when i go talk to the guy for the pq, i can only choose to travel as a flying dragon, if you actually know what i mean.. :S
is it beginner skill or etc item? cause when i hand over 50m to chief he gave me same thing but i remember you gotta give to the npc guy he's in PQ i think it called dragon riding PQ he's in there and give etc item or whatever to him

you cant hand in the ancient dragon wing scales, the glitch has been there for over a year now, well i guess its fixed now, but where do i hand in over the ancient dragon wing scales?
i have a pegasus btw
What glitch? Define the glitch...
The mount soaring only works on certain nx mount such as Dragon, Pegasus, Cloud, Balrog, etc (permanent version)
