MTS isn't the same exact reason that's why. Please stop posting things you don't know about. Nexon stated that they are still "working" on bringing it over here but not an estimated time. Even was posted on the Nexon forums something people do not browse. That's why rumors like this gets started up.
@kiue again that's not the reason why lol. Supposedly there bugs or w/e in the auction house and GMS doesn't want to bring it over until the bugs are sorted out. Now whether or not that's true that's what we know as of now from what was stated on the forums.

Actually MTS was removed because of a horrible exploit that happened with it that allowed hackers to see the login id of every person that had used mts that week. They closed MTS down to make sure an exploit like that would never be possible again and said they weren't sure if they'd be able to bring MTS back. No clue if Nexon has avoided the auction system for fear of the same thing happening, or they just don't want to bring it.
Could even be maplers complaining that they don't want an auction house in GMS and Nexon is listening to them. I've seen several people saying it would make merching too hard, but that's horribly incorrect (have played several mmo's with auction systems and the economy still thrives in all of them) and I hope it's not the reason we don't have it.
But it's a safe assumption either way that we probably won't be getting it as it should have come in either v.156 or v.157. Yet they haven't even mentioned it even though they acknowledged the fact that they know we check KMS updates and know what's coming ahead of time.
Nexon has been feeding us with excuses like "in kms it works wrong, so we are working hard to fix it". No auction house yet.
Never, too much loop holes to make extra hacks.
