How to get my account back?

It's been about 3months since I haven't had access to my account. I've sent nexon numerous tickets. I faxed them everything they wanted, but they said they didn't receive anything. I'm certain the number I faxed it to was correct. I double checked it numerous times. How do I get my account back? I need to give my old guild (Care) to my friend.

The hacker changed the email (moved my original email to his new one) and changed the password.

Open a new ticket, explain what's going on and include the number of the closed ticket. Tell them you faxed the info they requested on the 16th, ask them to verify the fax number, and ask them if you can send the info again.

When you fax anything, always be sure to use a "cover sheet" that gives all the info about what the faxes are for, your name, the ticket number, your account name, anything that would be helpful for them to identify what the fax is for. They no doubt receive hundreds of faxes and you have to be sure yours is identified clearly so they can know what it's about. Also put the ticket number, your name and account name on each separate sheet, in case they get separated.

I just sent a ticket randomly about an account I forgot the info to that I made years ago. They got back to me the day after, asking for characters I deleted and other stuff I should know about my account like the birthday I used. I got the account back soon after. Total shot in the dark, wasn't expecting anything. Nexon came through for me.

I just came back to MS two weeks ago from a 2+ year haitus. My account was deactivated, and the email I had was an old deactivated one. I had to send a ticket to nexon as well as a proof of ID: Drivers license as well as answer some questions. Process took maybe three weeks, and they changed my email to a current one.

I'm stil waiting for one of my windows live account email to be deactivated and delete to reinstate it. This way i can have access to my old maple story account that has some sentimental valuable items to me (tagged). Been a year now still doesn't deactivate.
