Crafting a Winkel
Hey I'm wondering if it's still possible to craft items like the winkel in NLC, and how I do it. I understand I need to obtain some items from Joko and John, but I can't speak to Joko or any of the other members of the raven ninja clan. I can click on Taggrin and the merchant next to him but they don't allow for any further dialogue.
If anyone can give me some assistance with this I'd appreciate it.

Talk to Icebyrd Slimm and complete the New Leaf City Quiz quest, then talk to Taggrin and do whatever quests he has until you can talk to Joko. The v.146 patch notes says his badge redemption is unlocked after completing The Right Path quest.
Raven Ninja Clan members are only there for NLC exchange quest, and can only be accessed when all the prequests are completed.
Once you have your items, you take 'em to John Barricade to get the forging manual. He'll also list several other materials needed in order to craft the bow, possibly involving crystals, screws, or the nearly extinct production simulators.
