Maple story v1.0
I haven't heard anything about this, so I was kind of wondering what will be released in patch 1.0. I would've thought that Big Bang was quite fit for that, I mean, it's a complete change for the maple world. But no, we're still on v.94.
So, I want to hear your thoughts. What do you think will be released on maple's 99th patch? My money's on a bug fixing patch.

in my view, i think it wouldve been cooler if maplestory big bang came at v1.0

You don't get it. The v1.0 is completely irrelevant to the final release.
I think KMS counts server checks as patch numbers too, because it skipped like 5 numbers from chaos update part 1 to part 2 I guess.. or big bang.. I dont remember...
well yea they just count every minor thing as a patch number
KMS is on what? 1.x.xx.xxx? How the hell does that work

Exactly, the way MapleStory's client version system is. MapleStory's client version system is different than the version system of other software. In MapleStory's client version system you don't need to be v1.xx+ for it to be a full release.

Ýes, that could be possible, haven't really though about that. Patches are said to be released about six months after KMS and we do have exactly six patches left. If they release one patch per month, then this might be the case.

well, since they keep releasing more content, that's not exactly surprising.
