As the title may suggest, I'm wondering if putting hp on tyrants means the hp increases with the enhances.

Maybe nexon will release HP Totems on the same day that they make tyrants more suited to DA. ;P

Enhancement doesnt give you what is on the equip. it gives you what the equipment's base job is or random stats.
You can have a warrior glove with no Dex or Str, but if you enhance, you might get them.
And What above said, Superior equips are fixed.
Enhancements on Superior items give fixed bonuses so no.
Enhancements will only increase the base stats that an item comes with, however they can also add STR, DEX, INT, LUK, Avoidability and Accuracy.
