Inner Ability bogus?
Hello, Basil! After the most-recent patch, we are now able to reset and lock inner abilities, using Honor EXP.
According to some friends though, locking just your rank can still lead to a de-rank, and I was told I had to lock both the rank and the 1st line in order to keep my rank for certain.
Can anyone else verify this? I'd hate to see my Legendary rank go over something as stupid of foul coding.
