Inflated Tempest Gear
Can anyone shed some light on why Tempest equipment has suddenly spiked in price? I saw people selling 6% Str, Luk and Dex gear for 40~50m, 6% HP stuff for 15~20m, and 9% stuff selling for oddly high prices. I was thinking people are anticipating Xenon and Demon Avenger but there are better equipment to buy and not everything has inflated nearly as much, even where it makes more sense, like Empress for Thieves and Warriors.

I never said they were shouting random things or what they're saying was wrong. My analogy is spot on. They were saying something extremely general which almost always fits any inflation or deflation process without explaining how it relates. That is my point.

i remember people playing drop games with these i just took it and im saving them until about couple months so when theres barely any left imma sell them
How much could I sell a clean set of Tempest for?

This should be the real answer, I'm surprised it's so low. Some of us (me included) took advantage and stocked on a BUNCH of 6% the day the event ended, hoping to sell immediately after for massive profit. I still got a good number of 6% left and usually sell for about 60m apiece.
Everyone who's saying supply and demand relation has no idea what's going on. That's like me saying how come ledHD TVs are brighter and you screaming F=MA or something. Well clearly that relates but specifically how and why.
Is there an upcoming event or something like that? Or was this a slow rise in price and not an overnight thing like it seemed to be?
The main reason is that they are untradeable when equiped.
People make new character > they want tempest > they quit new character > Repeat
less supply = greater the price
demand > supply
well in bera 6% str is at 70-90m but it was obvious temp was gona inflate but i did not it to inflate this much this quick
