The 100% tradeable thing makes sense. Well, closing the thread- thankss.
Also, it's the best weapon that's 100% tradeable.

If you knew why did you make the thread? It's an honest question... I'm curious.
Back when secondary stats mattered, well mostly for thieves, these weapons were for the dexless (thieves) and lukless (mages) and whoever else. They were also the highest base attack back AND tradeable equips. Also, there was another pot tier for them back then before it got nerfed back down.
