been trying to hunt lower lv mobs on my mules but so far no luck
anyone in windia have any or know a mob that drops it for sure?

Used to have the same damn problem because my characters were high as frig too, dood. I usually buy the level 130 stuff that Murt sells at Lion King's Castle.
Elite Azure Ocelot, Elite Scarlet Phoenix(Crimsonheart Castle: Guardsman Crossway in the Dimensional Mirror) and Von Leon also drops level 130 stuff.
Hunt at Red Turtle Dragons on a character near that level, preferably a thief class.
