Cheif Stan Hatz Problem
So I went to get a cheif stan hat (CSH) cuz i think they look so pro, and when i talked to jay, there was no quest available. i was around 40.
So then i made THREE other characters and got them lo levels around 25-50 and went back to Jay. and there was the same problem.
Is there a Prerequisite i'm unaware of?
did i over level?
is it Glitched?

I bought my first NX transparent hat to cover that thing.

aww.. that really sucks
why would they remove the quest?.... at least make it level 80+... now i can never get a new one.
