The thread starter clearly mentioned Reinforced GOLLUX pendant.
Why else would anyone talk about a different pendant here?

Gollux pendant consist of Cracked, Solid, Reinforced and Superior.

A Superior Pendant is roughly 1.7bil to 2bil in Scania while a Reinforced Pendant is only about 30-50mil.

Even if he IS indeed talking about Superior GOLLUX pendant, it's still way way more expensive than in Scania.
