So i got the perm bunny from the event but when i try to do the pet instructor quest i cant find it. Help anyone?

So i got the perm bunny from the event but when i try to do the pet instructor quest i cant find it. Help anyone?

It looks like @Dowiet was right (sorry) and that you do need 2 or 3 pets for the quest to become available.
I started mine a long time ago and just had it sitting there.

I did this with only two active pets. The others were KO so I don't think that this is true.
