Reason why I love Call of Duty Advanced Warfare

Was playing a quick team deathmatch on CoD: AW and did a nice little juke / strafe to save myself from the enemy thanks to the new double jump and strafe mechanic
I had a shotgun and the enemy had an AR and I was way out of range to kill him, had this been Ghost, Black Ops or any other CoD game I would've been dead.
How are you guys liking the new CoD game? Do you think they redeemed themselves from their god awful CoD: Ghost release? I sure think they did.

The only dislike is the fact that they expect you to unlock gun attachments from kills, other than that then the game is solid besides their net coding. The HUGE lag spikes when I'm hosting games with a group of friends, and for a sec I thought it was my internet and connection speed but that's non sense since I'm running over 100MBPS where lag shouldn't happen but that's just a huge peeve where I can't even play online with friends.
@SlyOne: holy quoterinos. Not buying it yet, but if i do will be for the PS4 which i'm buying after xmas or in summer. duno yet

I joined a COD Advanced Warfare tournament yesterday. I got to the second bracket and lost... I cri everyteim.
@0kevqn: Actually contrary to what most would believe, I don't think a PC should be considered a console since being a console was never a PC's original purpose. Plus I buy consoles to play the exclusives, such as the last of us on ps4 and hopefully The last Guardian and Kh3. Regardless good day to you sir, (or madam idk). I'm off to play some more planetside 2
Lol please don't compare to PC, just let people be happy with whatever they're playing. For me personally, all of my friends own consoles and prefer them over PCs, it's just a more simple alternative to spending at least 1k on a half decent PC.

@0kevqn: Well in that case the ps4 and xbone are the next generation of sony's and microsoft's consoles. But I was comparing them to what PC can currently do (current gen) and what is considered next gen for PC. Oh well, whatever floats your guy's boat.

@0kevqn: The hardware is outdated to say the least./ Most of the games are just upscaled 720p and the ones that really are native 1080p dont give a solid fps. The software is nice and the UI is something that I always liked in consoles, but the parts in the Ps4 and Xbone were already out 5 years ago. They just don't compete with the current hardware in pcs and definitely dont compete with next gen.

PS4 and Xbone aren't next gen......They never were. Plus I don't even know if this game is worth it. I've played the other cod games and they all got boring really quick thanks to all the quickscoping and cheating, is Cod: AW worth the purchase?

I have it on the Xbox One! I think by early 2015 many people will be making the transition to next-gen!

Yea it looks pretty fun Which is weird cause CoD hasn't been much fun since BO2 and MW2
I would say I love it if it wasn't for the lag comp. Why should I have to put 6 extra bullets into someone because THEY have the bad connection?
The game is awesome, my favorite cod game since MW2. But don't be a noob and use shotguns
I didn't look too much into the new CoD because i went off the series after BO2 but that actually looks interesting..
