You should be able to reach that very easily. What Wall said, 70% trace stuff and get some basic equips and you should be good. Side recommendation: If you don't already have a Mihile to get stance on your I/L mage, train one to level 120 and assign your I/L the link skill! Since magicians get 50% buff duration from a skill, it's almost "permanently" up right away! Buff duration required to reach no cooldown on the skill is 67%, quite easily achiveable! (Mech card, level 100 is 15%) It's a huge help for us I/L to have stance, trust me!
