Red Dualblade revamp masterybook
Do dual blades who reach lv.75 get their free mastery skills for slash storm and others? and if they don't can I use my mastery 20 for slashstorm when i reach my 4th job advancement?
It seems it didn't let me use it right now since i'm only 31.

as said above^, it doesnt count there, they didnt get the npc who sells the books yet, and im pretty sure that the books from secret garden arent available there either.
they are couple of patches late so you will have to wait a bit

No it doesnt. EMS hasnt got the mastery book NPCs yet.

red has already ended long time ago+ it doesnt matter because you can buy all the skills from the guy at leafre (old man wears white overall at the top pf the map),
you will need around 30-35m for all of them.
AND the skills which you cannot buy from him as slash storm are available for 100k mesos at the secret gardens merchant.
