So I made a new fire poison magee and saw there's no Lv.100 frost reward this time, nothing on the admin either.

So I made a new fire poison magee and saw there's no Lv.100 frost reward this time, nothing on the admin either.

It was under the star menu for me. I received my frozen weapon and outfit last night. The star menu has the actual star, the event book, and a heroes coin. Click the coin and you'll receive your boxes. At least that's how I got them.
It's not on cassandra or on the star menu, I wish people would read the first post and not just post random answers regarding the title.

a quest from Casandra (how ever you spell her name) should appear in the side notifications and once you accept it she'll give you the box
burned my 130 darkknight and no frozen box also,maybe after the maintenance
