Lvl 100 bowman gear?
Ok, first off - I'm sorry if there is a guide, I couldn't find anything on basil or google so if it's right in front of me and I'm blind, I'm sorry. D:
I haven't played in years, when I quit, I gave my gear and mesos away. I'm back now and my lvl 9x ranger is completely under geared, I'm wearing lvl 40 equips and that's about it. I really need to know what equips I need since so many new slots have been added... necklace, shoulder, face etc... does anyone know a list or guide? I have 2bil mesos and want to make this my well-funded main, thanks!

Yeah, some potential gear will give you %dex or %all. Those are the ones to focus on
For weapons, you could focus on potentials like %boss, %att, %damage or %pdr.

does anyone mind explaining what they mean by % gear? is that to do with potentials? I have seen a few items with potential on them.
All of what he said is cheap. Buy all that, except get a good legendary level 110 bow for about 200m.
THen save for empress gloves.
Whoa there buddy... cwkpq runs shouldnt be anymore than like maybe 25 to 30M per MoN. That is way overpriced considering all the different pendants available now. With more ppl doing these runs, it should mean the amount of ppl to find to make a run is not difficult. These runs are done 2 times a day with 4 at most to obtain, if you have a guild its free. The server shouldnt make the difference in the cost of something as easily available as every other server (keeping in mind you are in a different server as the TS). Though your other advice seems about right, I know your only trying to help... After I saw 50 to 100M I kinda chuckled...
Uhm, You can do pvp for the rings and the shoulder pad and the belt. You should get your pendent via CWKPQ pq. Most people are offering (at least in my server) a MoN (Mark of Narician) run for 100m - 50m. It gives an average10+ weapon and magic attack and it gievs 5 (average ) all stats. For face you should get an archer symbol. I would level up your smithing for making equips, which you can sell againf for 1 mil (in my server)
Though, with 2 bil of fundings, it won't be hard to find things.
