I was happily leveling on jesters, just hit 65, and then I get this pop up message that disconnects me and after I try to log back in, it tells me I'm banned until tomorrow. I mean, whaaaaaaaaaaat. I wasn't hacking at all, and I never have. I only have 2 characters that in TOTAL and wasn't even leveling super fast or anything. I can barely even kill jesters, it takes me like 30 seconds to kill a big bunch. >______> anyway... how do I avoid this happening again? is anything bad going to happen now that my account has been banned? How do other Australians buy Nx? I haven't played in a good 4 years or so, back then I used to buy NX off the website site via paypal, but just before I quit, there was an error which caused a large amount of people not able to use paypal or bank cards to buy NX. I came back to maple about 5 months ago and still had the same error, I got bored a few days after that but have come back AGAIN (well, tried to... damn server crashed and maintenance! haha) and still get the same error. I did some searches and found that it still happens to most people in australia. I could only find one guide on how to use paybycash and BPAY but I don't really want to use them + have to wait 1-2weeks for the actual NX... I had thought about buying cards off ebay
How often are 2X exp events held? Roughly? I'm contemplating whether or not to get up early for it tomorrow morning... (australian time). I want to level but meh if they're held regularly I think I'd rather sleep in lols.
gah. I haven't played in a good 4-5 years so confused. I used to play a hermit, lvl 75 before I quit. I downloaded maple for funsies today and SO much has changed it's insane, I am so confused by it all. I don't even know how to play my hermit anymore or where to train it, if that's what maple is even about anymore, lol. When I quit I was training on voodoo doll things, I don't even remember where they are or how to get them now. :s I'm wanting to start a new character to get back into the swing of it, but what's with all these new types? Why arent I getting exp? I was getting exp fine last night and leveling like a champ, then I logged on this morning and now I'm not getting exp for anything I'm killing. Did I wear, accept, quest, eat or do something I shouldn't have that made me not get exp? I haven't played in years so if I've activated a quest or item that stops exp gain for some reason I have no idea what it is. D:
Do you think we deserve better customer support from Nexon? Yes, I know they often throw events, items and 2x exp. at us when the servers go down – but there is a difference between “compensation” and “customer service”. It’s more like “shut up and go away” events… Personally, I think that their customer service is a joke. Having to wait anywhere from weeks to months for a response to a ticket is completely unacceptable, ESPECIALLY when more often than not, said response will be an automated one. It’s not a size problem, as plenty of big gaming companies like Steam, Blizzard and Microsoft have at least a number you can call, yet Nexon continue to rely completely on an extremely frustrating, out-of-date, useless and slow
What gives the free class eqps and legends exp from admin? I got the free class equips and “legends never die” exp cards from the maplestory admin every 10 levels on my main, but I started a new character which is now lvl 75 and haven't received either. Is it only 1 per character/account? Sorry, I haven't played in a long time and couldn't find the answer via searching.
What the hell is/was the white lady? I somehow got onto a video of it on youtube and it was weird, haha. What was it? Fake? Myth? Event? It was fun watching all these creepy videos of it, but it looks fake to me. Are there any other myths/jokes like this in maple? I find them interesting. :'D
