To add on to what @Readers said glowing whip is 800-1b if it's real / unpotted.
Half Yellow maple bandana is like 1-1.5b. Smiling Mask was like 400m at one point but they closed down cwkpq so it's rising and I see some in shops for 2.5 [Unsold ofcourse].Wee Lightbulbs are 500m but some people pay 1b for whatever reason, the Waterworks cape on the stirgecape is like 120m at most. The rest of it is either re-released or obtainable from nlc quests.

If level 10 Frozen Tuna, not worth much (like 50 mill maybe).
If level 20 Frozen Tuna, worth billions.
Green sock is 1-2 bill+. Glowing Whip is probably around 500 mill (but I could be wrong).
some are rare and some are obtainable from quests eg stirge items
