League Of Legends Ranked Help

Hello, I'm currently in Silver V and am in dire need of help. I was silver 3 a week ago and Silver 1 at the end of last season. This season I'm finding it extremley hard to climb . Im looking for someone to Queue with. I can't skype but I hope someone will help
