3 months arent that close.
The first buff was part of star force update, while the second was part of black heaven update, so it is likely that we wont get both at the same time. Which has a chance is that we get the second buff along with the whole resistance revamp at the same time, as they are different parts of the same update(like GMS did with jump patch long ago).
Also, black heaven isnt mentioned anywhere on the v157 highlights, so its safe to assume that AB wont be getting that second buff on this patch.
