Soul seeker experts weird
The cast rate feels like less than 35% most of the time, when I was spamming trinity on CHT it wasn't casting at all, although, it seems to work fine with soul resonance. o.o
Anyone else noticing anything weird with it?

On another topic, the cap increase is a nice buff.

I hate the RNG skills. That stance is DEFINITELY not 80%.
