i crash when i take on czak

Hi guys,

i hope there is someone out there who can help me.
Everytime i wanna kill Czak for someone, i crash after it's summoned and i'm fighting the arms. i crash before i even take down one arm. i got no idea why.
Sometimes it kicks me to the log in screen. sometimes my entire game just disappears.

i'm sure it's not my internet connection.. i got 120mb/s download speed. and i'm running on a gaming comp..

is anyone else experiencing this? or knows a solution? please let me know.
