Help getting Silver Mane mount
Hi, I just turned level 200 and I wanted to get the dragon mount, but I'm first trying to get the previous mounts. So far, I got the first Hog mount and I'm "supposed" to get a quest for the Silver Mane mount, but it doesn't show up.
Is there something I'm supposed to do before the quest shows up, besides the quest to get the Hog in the first place?
Any advice would be helpful

I JUST did this haha, I had the same exact problem.
So first you get the regular level 70 Hog.
Just afk on it, after it's tiredness hits about 20-30, feed it 1 thingy [relivizer] or something.
Do this a few times, within 2 hours, you can finish it. Soon it'll hit level 2, then level 3.
ONCE you're level 3, you can go to Kenta, and then get the Silver mount.
She will tell you, you need 1k ETC items:
500 Cracked shells, those are from blue dragons in leafre.
500 lucky charm things, those are from Green Hobi in leafre.
Then give the items to kenta, you'll receive the Silver Mane.
Then you can go to 4th job instructor, and get the Dragon Mount.

Your pig must be lvl 3 or 5 to recieve the quest for the silver mane.
So ride it around for a bit and restore it fatigue when the pig is tired to get the most exp. (You get less exp when you restore it fatigue when it not tired)
