Glitched Xenon link skill
Well, ever since I've reached level 70+, it won't let me set which character I want to receive the link skill. I haven't set it AT ALL and yet it tells me "You can only select a character once a day" (or something along those lines). I was wondering if anyone is experiencing this problem? It's been at 3 days since it wont let me choose.
Side note: I've gotten 4 copies of the Bit Piece J, even though you're not supposed to get copies. This happen to anyone also?

You have to accept the level 70 quest for the link skill. I didn't on my phantom and three months later it is still glitched. I advise you to quickly delete and remake, this time paying attention to accepting the level 70 quest.

If not, have you accepted the quest now that you are 70? A quest pops up with the red tag [Skill] and is called "Teaching link skill" or something like that. You might need to complete it first before being able to link (like with all link skills in the past).

I'm pretty sure i didn't use the quest deliverer for that. If I recall correctly, I accepted the level 70 quest a little late, like level 72 or something and forgot about it. Then tried to set the link later on, but said I couldn't.

Yep, tried forfeiting and doing it again, but no change. Maybe I'll just remake my Xenon, but unfortunately I'll lose my Xenon hat =
Umm I didn't get that but try forfeiting the quest for it, then the bulb should appear and go through with that, if that doesn't work try doing all the storyline quest idk otherwise idk what you could do
